To Create a New Activity Type Set

Follow these steps to create a new activity type set.
  1. From the Launchpad, click the Configuration icon ( ). Configuration options appear.
  2. Locate the Task Management group.
  3. Click New activity type set.
    The New Activity Type Set page appears.
  4. Enter a unique Name for the activity type set.
    Note: This field is required.
  5. If the activity type set is automatically scheduled, enable Is Auto Scheduled.
  6. Enter a Description for the activity type set.
    Note: This field is required.
  7. When you are finished, click Save Changes ( ).
